The Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) is  accepting entries to the 2018 Innovation Awards Competition through January 29. More than 100 companies are expected to enter the competition to showcase their most cutting edge juvenile products from the past year. All JPMA Baby Show exhibitors, both association members and non-members, may submit a product for Innovation Awards judging. The deadline for entries is January 29, 2018. 15th Annual Chicago Toy and Game Week

The winners of the 10th annual TAGIE Awards honoring innovation and excellence in the toy and game industry were recently announced at a gala on Navy Pier in Chicago. Attended by industry luminaries and sponsored by heavyweights like Hasbro, Mattel, Lego, and Cartamundi, the evening’s events included a keynote address by Gary Swisher, SVP of Inventor Relations and Head of Gaming for Mattel, and culminated with Lifetime Achievement Awards presented to industry legends Judy Blau of J. Hope Designs and Adi Golad, founder of Goliath Games.

JPMA Opens Buyer Registration and Hotel Booking Site For JPMA Baby Show Slated March 20-24 in Washington D.C.

The JPMA Baby Show, sponsored by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association and Family Media, has opened its buyer registration and lodging reservation website for the 2018 show. Scheduled March 20-24 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., the JPMA Baby Show is designed to provide a world-class trade show experience complete with three days of a trade show floor, two days of an educational conference, and culminating in one of the largest consumer baby shows in North America.

ABC returns to Las Vegas October 17-19 2017, adds new Awards of Distinction program

Returning to the Las Vegas Convention Center from October 17-19 are juvenile products exhibitors and retailers gathering for the 15th annual ABC Kids Expo. Returning this year is the Awards of Distinction recognizing the best products from brands participating in the New Product Showcase. The New Product Showcase allows manufacturers to introduce new products to the industry in a showroom adjacent to the trade show floor.
