SlumberPod® is a quick-assembly privacy pod designed to help babies and toddlers get a good night’s sleep—or nap, which is especially important when sharing a room with others, such as a hotel room.
Capable of completely enclosing a playard/travel crib, the SlumberPod is dark inside to create an optimum sleep environment. Lightweight and compact (it can fit inside carry-on luggage), it is bottomless so it can be easily slipped over a standard-sized travel crib, playard, and blow up mattresses.
Made of breathable fabric, it has passed applicable consumer product safety tests and is outfitted with ventilation windows.
Fifty inches long, 36-inches wide, and 56-inches tall, the SlumberPod includes a pair of sturdy aluminum shock cord poles. The breathable fabric is made of 85% polyester and 15% spandex. The product, including its travel bag, weighs 5 lbs.
There is a zippered pocket that is accessible from the exterior of the SlumberPod and has a clear vinyl interior designed to allow placement of a monitor camera.
According to Natalie Carney, an infant and toddler sleep consultant trained through the Family Sleep Institute, says, “SlumberPod® is the next best thing to a private sleeping space for the baby.”
There is a zippered pocket that is accessible from the exterior of SlumberPod and has a clear vinyl interior for placement of a monitor.
