Inspiration, determination, childhood memories, and a splash of destiny are all ingredients found in the apparel created by RuffleButts. It was 2007 when Amber Schaub coined the name of her brand and RuffleButts was born.

Seeking an entrepreneurial passion based on business ethics and faith, Schaub built her business on the Golden Rule. She created an apparel line based on the ruffled bloomers of her childhood memories. “I dreamed of creating a company that was so much more than just apparel, one that pays it forward and impacts the lives of others. Customer service and quality would be top priority from day one, 100% happiness guaranteed!” says Schaub.

Today the brand encompasses sizes from infant/newborn to 8 years of age. RuffleButt® bloomers, the company’s flagship product, come in almost 100 colors and styles and in sizes from newborn to 2T. A large selection of one-piece ruffled rompers is also available for newborn through 24 months. The company also offers ruffled shorts, pants, skirts, and dresses in numerous coordinating colors up to 8 years. Swing tops, tanks, and tees are joined by dancewear and tutus to round out this feminine brand.

Ruffled swimwear, which has become popular with consumers and retailers alike, is also available in a wide range of colors for sizes up to 8 years. Most of the swimwear features UPF 50+ protection in rash guard styles, bikinis, and one-piece suits.

Introduced in 2010, RuggedButts® features bloomers, pants, one-piece body suits, shorts, and swimwear for boys ages up to five years. The boys’ brand also offers coordinating tops, vests, sweaters, and blazers for fashionable young men. Hats, ties and bowties, leg warmers, and sunglasses round out the boys’ fashion scene.

The company made its national TV debut in 2008 on the Ellen Show and has since been seen on Anderson, The Today Show, and Shark Tank. For information call 704/ 825-8811 or visit and
