Luli Bebé was founded in 2017 after CEO and designer, Arpi Khachatryan, had her first baby (Lucy). As a new mom, Arpi found herself searching for the perfect diaper bag and after not finding exactly what she was looking for, decided to design her own unique version that she knew would be something that other moms would love too. She wanted to be able to fine tune the necessities that she knew that she and other moms wanted in a backpack-style diaper bag, as well as be able to choose the materials and colors. After a lot of research and time spent finding manufacturers, the Monaco Diaper Bag was born. The name Monaco was chosen because at the time, Arpi lived in Spain and visited Monaco frequently, and it was a place that was near and dear to her heart.
Today, the line has expanded to include the original Monaco Diaper Bag, the smaller Monaco Petit, the Monaco Snack Bag, and the Monaco Travel Bag. The brand’s offerings grew as Arpi’s kids got older and she realized that she had different needs from her bags.
Luli Bebé offers the following lineup:
- Monaco Diaper Bag ($169): Crafted with premium faux vegan leather and features a distinctive quilted texture front pouch with classic gold enameling. Unlike traditional diaper bags that feature bulky silhouettes and unappealing prints and fabrics, the Monaco boasts a smooth design of supreme luxury and cultured finesse.
- Petit Monaco ($129): Same details as the diaper bag, but a few inches smaller and is the ideal necessity for both travel and leisurely activities.
- Monaco Snack Bag ($79): Same detailing as the previous bags but boasts a padded insulated interior that will keep all snacks and perishables fresh and cool. The large center space is ideal for packing larger snack items, while an additional pocket expands to fit excess snack items.
- Monaco Travel Bag ($219): Luli Bebé s version of a weekender bag. In addition to its easy carry and flexible functionality, the Monaco Travel Bag is the ideal companion for local travel and traveling abroad.
