MEET OTGBABY
We’re a family-owned business operated by a mother and son team of entrepreneurs. Originally founded when I was a high school senior, I worked on a team of students that included several babysitters and we discovered a gap in the diaper bag market. We pitched it at the school’s “Shark Tank” competition and won pre-seed money to bring a one-of-a-kind diaper changing backpack to market.
When the team disbanded after graduation in 2018, my commitment and vision for the company remained and in January of 2020, I brought on a seasoned entrepreneur, my mom Barbara, as my business partner. Together, we rebranded the company and relaunched OTGBABY. We received our utility patent for The Go Bag last summer and have been delivering our diaper changing backpacks across the US ever since and are preparing for distribution in Canada. OTGBABY is proud to be an approved vendor member of the Brixy network of retailers.
OTGBABY is headquartered in Potomac, Maryland, with warehousing and distribution facilities in St. Louis, Missouri, and a permanent showroom in Kids World Dallas Market Center, Dallas, Texas.
